Upon suspicion of hearing loss several years ago, I presented to my ENT. It was then that I had met his on-staff audiologist, Wade Brown. It didn’t take long to realize my intense good fortune. 

Wade is an extremely caring, thorough, knowledgeable and highly skilled medical professional. He always takes the necessary time to clearly explain the type and depth of one’s hearing loss. From there, he will walk you through the options that exist, as well as sharing the pros and cons of each.

Since all of this was new to me at the time, several questions arose. He answered each and every one of them with clarity and took the time to make sure his answers were understood. 

When Wade left my ENT’s office, I followed him to two other locations of employment. Please note that both of these are extremely far from my abode. However, I never hesitated to take these significantly longer trips in order to be seen by him. When such a strong, trusting relationship has been established and becomes ironclad, the thought of searching for another audiologist - geographically more desirable - never entered my mind. It was, and remains, unalterable.

In summary, should the need or desire to present to an audiology professional, look no further than Wade. I cannot recommend him highly, or unconditionally enough. - S. Stone.
